Mads Malling's journey through the depths of the subsea industry is a story of success. His career began as a field engineer on the Ekofisk decommissioning project, where he explored the complexities of offshore operations.

During his tenure at AF Decom Offshore, Mads held a pivotal role, orchestrating all aspects of commercial decision-making for multi-million-dollar offshore ventures in the North Sea. His collaboration with industry giants such as Statoil, ConocoPhillips, and Shell bears testament to his exceptional leadership and strategic acumen.

At Daya Offshore Construction, he served as Vice President for the Western Hemisphere. His tenure saw him spearheading ambitious initiatives and driving expansion strategies across key markets, further solidifying his reputation as a leader in the industry.  Followed by his mark at BOA Offshore AS, where he played a key role in expanding the company's subsea chartering business globally.

Mads joins Clarksons from his position of Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) at Agalas, a Norwegian offshore vessel owner.
